RUBY RED SALAD OR "PINK STUFF" | |
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple 1 sm. pkg. cherry Jello 1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix Jello, pineapple, and juice. Bring to a boiling point. Cool until it begins to congeal. Add Cool Whip, cottage cheese, and nuts. Lightly grease mold or 8-inch square container with mayonnaise. Refrigerate. |
