MACAROON PUDDING 
1 pt. milk
3 eggs, separated
1 pkg. gelatin
1/3 c. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 doz. macaroons, crumbled

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Beat egg whites until stiff. Heat milk. Add egg yolks, then gelatin, salt, vanilla and sugar. Let come to a boiling point, then add beaten egg whites and pour over crumbled macaroons. Chill until set. Serve with whipped cream on top.
