CHOCOLATE CLOUD 
CRUST:

1 stick softened butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix ingredients together and press into a glass baking dish. Bake until light brown, about 15-20 minutes.

FIRST LAYER:

8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. whipped topping
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together, spread evenly over cooled crust.

SECOND LAYER:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Mix together and spread evenly over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

Cover second layer with Cool Whip and top with grated Hershey bar or Heath bar.
