CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts

Combine until crumbly. Pat mixture into 8 x 10 inch oven-proof dish. Bake at 300 degrees until brown. Cool completely.

MIDDLE LAYER:

1 c. 4XXX sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 lg. bowl of Cool Whip

Mix and pour over cool crust.

TOP LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and pour over cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of chocolate. Sprinkle nuts on top and serve.
