BEER VEGETABLE SOUP 
Beef bones or meat
1 lg. onion
1 tbsp. or more salt
3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. marjoram
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1 can dark beer
2 stalks celery & leaves
1 can tomatoes
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 c. cabbage, shredded

Boil meat with enough water to cover with onion, salt, bay leaves, marjoram, pepper hot sauce, beer and celery until meat is tender. Strain stock. Add meat to vegetables, boil until all are tender.
