CHICKEN 'N RICE 
2 - 2 1/2 lb. fryer
1 lb. hot sausage
2 pkgs. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Boil chicken; use chicken broth to cook rice according to directions. Brown sausage, drain; saute onions in fat. Add soup to onions and sausage. Put into greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with cut-up chicken. Put rice on top of the chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.

Freezes well before cooking or refrigerate until ready to serve. This is one of those "It's better the second time it's heated" recipes!
