2 pkgs. 8 biscuits from dairy case
1 c. leftover sloppy joes
Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella cheese to slice

Remove biscuits from cylinders and flatten each into 4 inch circles. Place a slice of cheese in center of 8 circles making sure it does not come with 1/2 inch of edge. Place 2 tablespoons of sloppy joe on cheese. Top each with the remaining circles and seal edges.

Place on cookie sheet and cook as directed on biscuit packages. This is also good with ham and cheese or pepperoni and cheese with spaghetti sauce.
