SPINACH QUICHE 
1/2 pkg. pie crust mix or pie shell from scratch
1 lb. spinach cooked and well drained
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 clove garlic minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz.)
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 med. tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
