STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 pkg. lg. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. fresh bulk sausage
Italian flavored bread crumbs
Garlic salt

Soak mushrooms in salt water to clean. Lay on paper towel to drain; remove stems. Brown sausage on stove. Remove from heat and pour bread crumbs in pan with sausage. Use enough to sop up sausage and make a formable mixture. Press mixture into caps of mushrooms. Season with garlic salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
