QUICK SOURDOUGH ROLLS 
Combine 1 cup biscuit mix or regular biscuit recipe up to the liquid.

1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cut in:

2 tbsp. butter

Add:

1/2 c. sourdough starter

Stir just to blend. If moisture is needed, stir in 1 tablespoon milk at a time. Knead dough on a floured board just until no longer sticky, about 1 minute.

Divide dough in half. Roll each half of dough into a 9 inch circle. Brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter, then cut each circle into 6 wedges lowered point. Shape into crescent and place on greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400.
