FROZEN CITRUS PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice or lemon juice or pink lemonade
1 pt. vanilla ice cream (soft)
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker crumb crust

Beat concentrate in mixing bowl for 30 seconds. Blend in ice cream. Fold in thawed whipped topping until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Freeze until firm (3 or 4 hours or overnight). Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Store left over pie (if any) in freezer!
