2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sour milk
1/3 c. hot water
1/2 c. hershey's cocoa

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease well and dust baking pan with flour. Add ingredients together until well mixed. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. For sour milk use a few drops of vinegar or lemon juice until milk sours.
