HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
Lg. box hash browns, thawed
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onion
Can of cream of chicken soup
8 oz. container sour cream
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. corn flakes

Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, onion and soup, sour cream and cheese; stir well and put in casserole dish. Top with corn flakes and remaining butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
