Several strips of bacon
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in serving pieces
Potatoes, pared and sliced
Lg. onion, peeled and sliced
Salt
Pepper

Lay bacon strips in electric skillet, place steak over bacon. Place potatoes over steak and onions over potatoes, salt and pepper generously. Turn heat to high 1 or 2 minutes. Turn to simmer covered for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
