STEAK AND VEGETABLE DISH 
1 round steak
6 carrots
6 lg. potatoes
4 med. onions
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
Water

Cut fat off of the steak. Cut steak into 1-inch chunks. Cut potatoes into wedges. Cut carrots into 1 1/2 inch long, then cut into 4-6 pieces. Cut onions into wedges or can be diced. Put meat and vegetables in an electric fry pan on 350 degrees, season, and put enough water in pan to cover all. Cook until potatoes are soft. Stir often and add water, if needed. Can also be baked in the oven in a long pan, covered with foil, in a 350 degree oven. Serve with a garden salad and French bread.
