SHRIMP SPREAD DELIGHT 
Open face or closed sandwiches or dip.

3 lb. shrimp (boiled in your favorite shrimp boil recipe)
2/3 of a small onion (finely minced)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. mayonnaise (homemade preferred)

Use more if needed for spreading consistency.

Finely mince the shrimp. Add remaining ingredients and blend all well. Prepare ahead, if possible. Mixture freezes well.

Spread mayonnaise on both sides of bread before spreading on mixture.
