1/4 c. mustard
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients and pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
