1 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. conf. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2-3 bananas
3 c. milk
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Combine first 4 ingredients and pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Cream together cream cheese and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Beat in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Slice bananas over. Beat 3 cups milk with 2 packages instant vanilla pudding. Spread over top with more Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
