SEA FOAM SALAD 
Drain completely a 2 - 2 1/2 cup canned pears. Dissolve one package of lime Jello (3 oz.) in 1 cup of hot pear juice. When slightly thickened add 2 small packages cream cheese which have been softened with 2 tablespoons cream. Beat this mixture.

The 2 - 2 1/2 can of pears put through a strainer. This should make one cup to add to mixture. Mix well.

Fold in 1 cup of whipped heavy cream.

Add green food coloring to your satisfaction. Mold and refrigerated.
