TOMATO AND CORN SCALLOP 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. corn, drained
1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Make white sauce with butter, flour, and milk. Add sugar and salt. Add corn and tomatoes. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
