HAM IN A CAN
5 lbs. canned ham (in metal can)
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. liquid gelatin (from ham)

Punch holes around top of can with a beer can opener. Heat ham (still in can) for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven to melt gelatin. Remove from oven and pour off melted gelatin; reserve 2 tablespoons of gelatin.

Combine barbecue sauce, maple syrup, and melted gelatin. Pour through holes in can. Bake in 300 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours. (Remove key before baking.) Remove ham from can, slice, and serve.
