CHEESECAKE BARS 
2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Blend cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, egg white and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Place 1 package rolls on bottom of pan, crimping edges together. Spread cheese mixture over top. Cover with second package of rolls.

In small bowl, mix 1/3 cup sugar, egg yolk and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Makes 24 bars.
