JEWISH APPLE CAKE | |
3 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 3 1/2 c. cooked apples 1/3 c. orange juice 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cinnamon Combine the flour, sugar, oil, eggs, orange juice, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Blend well. Separately mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Pour half of batter in tube or bundt pan and cover with half of the 3 1/2 cups cooked apples and half of sugar mixture. Repeat with rest of mixtures. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done. |
