PICKLED PEPPERS (GREEN) 
Green peppers
8 c. water
Cider vinegar
Oil

Wash peppers and cut in lengths or chunks (you will use a lot of peppers). Take 8 cups of water, 2 cups cider vinegar, add 1 cup oil to above. Boil. Then add our peppers to hot mixture as soon as transparent. Pack in hot scaled pint jars, add 1 hot pepper cut up in each jar and 1 teaspoon salt; seal.
