CHICKEN WITH BOW TIES 
2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 med. onion, diced
6 strips lean bacon, diced
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach, cleaned & torn
1 lb. bow tie noodles, cooked according to pkg.
Salt & pepper to taste

In Dutch oven, fry bacon until it begins to brown. Add onion and fry until translucent. Add chicken strips and fry for 7-10 minutes until chicken is completely cooked.

Season with thyme. Add spinach, cover and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes with occasional stirring.

Stir in cooked noodles, salt and pepper to taste. Best if noodles are hot, just out of water so they won't stick together.
