BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. blueberries (if frozen, thaw & drain)

Grease 12 cup muffin pan. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine milk, butter and egg; partially blend in the dry ingredients (about 10 strokes). Fold in blueberries gently. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes.
