FRUIT `N CHEDDAR TOSS 
2 med. pears, cored & sliced
2 sm. carrots, diagonally sliced thin
1 c. seedless red grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c. low-fat lemon yogurt

In large serving bowl, combine pears, carrots, grapes, pecans and cheese. Pour yogurt over salad; toss well to coat. Yield 6 servings.
