STUFFED CUBE STEAKS 
6 cube steaks
1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken)
2 jars Heinz beef gravy
1 lg. can mushrooms, drained

Prepare stuffing as directed and cool. Layout steaks and tenderize. Spread 2 tablespoons stuffing on each steak. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Brown on all sides (a little oil in Teflon pan). Place in large fry pan (without oil). Pour gravy over stuffed steaks. Add mushrooms. Simmer 1 hour, covered; stir a few times.
