CONGEALED PEAR SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
2 sm. pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. nuts
1 lg. can pears
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in heated pear juice adding enough water to make 1 2/3 cup liquid. Cool, add finely cut pears and pour into softened cream cheese. Mix well and add nuts. When slightly congealed, add whipping cream. Pour into mold (can be frozen if desired).
