1 lg. pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped pimentos
1 tbsp. grated onion
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. (small can) green peas
1/2 chopped celery
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. grated cabbage

Mix all together and let congeal.
