CONGEALED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, chop in blender
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Nuts (optional)
3 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello, dissolved in 1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. canned evaporated milk

Combine first five ingredients. Blend in Jello and evaporated milk. Put in mold and refrigerate.
