VEGETABLE HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. or 1 lb. can whole tomatoes
2 c. diced carrots
2 c. potatoes
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. elbow macaroni
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef broth or 2 beef bouillon cubes
1 qt. water
2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 clove minced garlic

Brown beef. Mix all other ingredients. Cover and simmer at least 1 hour.
