SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag California style frozen vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can fried onions

Combine vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, the sour cream, pepper and 1/2 the can of onions. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the remaining cheese and onions. Bake an additional 5 minutes.
