EASY HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
5 eggs
2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
3 c. whole milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 c. fresh fruit

Beat eggs in large bowl. Mix evaporated milk, sugar, milk and vanilla until sugar dissolves. Combine with beaten eggs and fruit. Pour into ice cream maker, then follow general operating instructions. Yield: 4 quarts.
