TIAJUANA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn tortillas
3 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cans Ranch style beans
Chili powder to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 pkg. (10 oz.) sliced cheese

Brown meat, onions, pepper, salt and chili powder. Drain. In large baking dish layer 1/2 tortillas on bottom. Add a layer of 1/2 meat mixture. Add cheese and both cans of beans in layers. Continue with layer of tortillas and meat. In separate bowl, combine soup and tomatoes. Pour over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
