SAUSAGE RING 
A wonderful easy twist to bread dressing.

2 lbs. bulk pork sausage, mild
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion, minced
1/4 - 1/2 c. celery, minced
1 apple, chopped

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Press into a greased 6 1/2 cup ring mold. Unmold onto a sided cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
