SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. egg noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
12 oz. cottage cheese
12 oz. sour cream
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. cheese, grated

Cook noodles, rinse and drain. Cook beef until pink is gone; drain. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt to beef. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.

Fold together noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and onion.

In a large greased casserole, layer noodle mixture and meat mixture alternately, beginning and ending with noodle mixture. Place grated cheese on top.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
