HOLIDAY CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 lg. pkg. cherry Jello 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 sm. can frozen orange juice 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 1 can whole cranberry sauce, drained Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add orange juice and juice from crushed pineapple with enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Let this mixture begin to congeal in refrigerator, then add the nuts, drained crushed pineapple, and cranberry sauce. Pour in mold and refrigerate until congealed. |
