1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
4 med. size Red Delicious apples, cut in sm. pieces

Grease and flour tube pan. Mix all ingredients together (except apples and cinnamon). Mix by hand the apples and cinnamon. Then blend in well with the other ingredients. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
