GRINGO GUACAMOLE 
7 lg. avocados
3 sm. tomatoes
1 c. picante sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together. Serves approximately 10 people (or 2 pigs!).
