SALSA 
5 lbs. ripe tomatoes
3 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped sweet peppers
1 c. cider vinegar
3 1/2 tsp. salt or Crazy Salt from Aunt Jean's
Hot pepper to taste (I used 1/4 of 1 chili pepper per pt. jar)

Skin tomatoes like normal - in a hot water bath until skin splits. Chop tomatoes, sweet peppers and onions. Mix with vinegar and salt. Bring to boil; simmer 30 minutes, stirring often. Place in hot sterile jars, put lids on and screw bands on firmly. Process in boiling water bath 20-30 minutes. Makes approximately 6 pints. Enjoy!
