CORN RICE SALAD 
5-6 ears of corn
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 med. zucchini
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. Italian dressing
1 tsp. sugar
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. tarragon
Dash of pepper

Saute corn, onion and zucchini in skillet. You may have to add some water to prevent sticking. Meanwhile, cook rice. Mix rice with vegetables. Sprinkle mixture with dressing mixed with sugar. Add tomato, green pepper, tarragon and pepper. Chill.
