1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie crust

Melt butter, then add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
