HOT FISH SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. (225 g) cooked tuna
6 oz. (175 g) boil, salted cod
1/4 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 green pepper
1 sm. onion
1 c. celery
1/2 tsp. lime juice
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
Parsley

Finely chop green pepper, onions, and celery. Add mayonnaise, minced tuna and minced cod; lime juice and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt as necessary. Pour into greased baking dish, top with bread crumbs which have been mixed with melted butter and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Garnish with parsley and serve hot. Serves 8.
