2 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
2 lg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
32 oz. Cool Whip
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 lg. bags Oreo cookies
Gummi worms

For a bowl use flower pot with silk flowers or a plastic pail with shovel.

Scrape cream out of cookies and crush cookies; set aside. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. In another bowl, mix pudding and milk until thick. Add cream cheese mixture to pudding mixture and mix well. Then add Cool Whip and mix well.

Begin with a layer of cookies, then a layer of Cool Whip mixture. Keep making layers and end with a layer of cookie. Decorate with gummie worms.
