ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked asparagus
3 boiled eggs
12 crackers, roll fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 strong, cheese, cut fine
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. asparagus juice
3 tbsp. butter

Make white sauce of butter, flour, milk, asparagus juice. Add cheese and soup put a layer of sauce in the bottom of baking dish add 1/2 of asparagus the eggs and crumbs. Add rest of asparagus pour over remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese crackers crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 325 to 350 degrees. Pan is 7 x 12 let set for 15 minutes before serving. 6 servings.
