CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn (16 oz.)
1 can whole corn, not drained
1 stick butter, softened
4 oz. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin dry mix

Mix together. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Use at least a 2 1/2 quart casserole, or 2 smaller dishes.
