SPICY BEEF BROCCOLI 
1 can condensed beef broth
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch, corn flour
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tbsp. peanut oil
4 c. broccoli flowerets
2 green onions, diagonally sliced
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced

In bowl, combine broth, water, cornstarch, soy sauce and red pepper. Set aside. In 10 inch skillet over high heat, in 1 tablespoon hot oil, stir fry broccoli and onions 2 minutes or until tender crisp. Transfer to bowl.

In same skillet over high heat in remaining hot oil, stir fry beef, half at a time, until color just changes. Transfer to bowl of broccoli. Stir broth mixture into skillet. Cook over high heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring often. Add broccoli beef mixture; heat through. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Add soy sauce if desired.
