SPICY POLYNESIAN BEEF OR CHICKEN 
2 16 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 lb. chicken breast or stir fry steak
1 c. diced potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 16 oz. can peas optional
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder
Accent (or other flavor enhancer)
MSG (optional)
1 tbsp. oil of choice

Cut meat into strips. Season meat. Heat nonstick skillet with 1 tablespoon oil. Brown seasoned meat. Remove meat, put to side. Using same pan, add onion, bell pepper and potatoes. Stir until onions are transparent. Add tomato sauce, peas and cooked meat. Simmer until potatoes are soft. Serve over white rice or alone. Top with crushed red pepper.

Tastes even better the next day.
