SHRIMP SALAD 
2 c. shell macaroni, cooked
1 green pepper
1 med. onion, diced
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sm. shrimp
1 sm. jar stuffed olives, sliced

DRESSING:

3 egg yolks, well beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Pepper to taste

Cook dressing ingredients until thick. Cool. Mix with salad ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
